Membership and Development (MnD) AMSA-Undip is a vital division dedicated to managing the member database and helping members develop their talents. Through its various programs, MnD strengthens internal bonds and enhances the overall performance of AMSA-Undip staff and members. Ultimately, this division plays an essential role in maintaining a strong sense of family, which is a fundamental pillar of the organization.
This event warmly welcomes new AMSA-Undip staff and members with a comprehensive introduction to the organization and its divisions. It also features an inspiring talk show session where alumni share their valuable experiences.
This activity introduces the 2026 AMSA-Undip staff and members to AMSA-Indonesia, National Team, AMSA District, and AMSA International. Following the presentations, a mandatory test is conducted to effectively evaluate everyone's understanding of the material.
ATETA is the largest internal bonding event dedicated to strengthening relationships among all AMSA-Undip staff and members. It also serves as the official platform to formally present and report the mandatory mid-tenure progress reports (LPJ).
This celebration marks the successful conclusion of the previous organizational tenure while honoring the past committee's hard work. It also serves as a meaningful transition to welcome the incoming tenure and the new Representative.
