Membership and Development (MnD) is a division closely related to AMSA-Undip's staff and members. From compiling the database of every AMSA-Undip member to facilitating members in developing their interests and talents beyond their comfort zones, MnD plays a vital role. Through our programs, we aim to strengthen the bonds between staff and members while enhancing the performance of AMSA members. Therefore, MnD is essential in maintaining the sense of family within AMSA, which is one of the fundamental pillars of an organization.
This event welcomes new AMSA-Undip staff and members. It includes a general introduction to AMSA-Undip and its divisions, as well as a talk show session with AMSA-Undip alumni, who will share their experiences during their time in AMSA.
This activity aims to introduce the 2024 AMSA-Undip staff and members to AMSA-Indonesia, National Team, AMSA District, and AMSA International. Later, a test will be conducted to assess their understanding after listening to presentations from the speakers. This test is a mandatory evaluation for all AMSA-Undip staff and members.
ATETA is the largest internal bonding event dedicated to all AMSA-Undip staff and members. It is also mandatory to conduct and report the mid-tenure LPJ (Activity Report).
